57+ Bible Verses about Come As You Are: Receive God’s Love 

“My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.”

This verse emphasizes the value of a humble and repentant heart when coming before God.

“Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?’ declares the LORD. ‘

These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit and who tremble at my word.'”Isaiah 66:2 highlights that God looks favorably upon those who approach Him with humility and reverence.

“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

This verse assures us that God is near to those who are brokenhearted and in need of His comfort.

“For this is what the high and exalted One says— he who lives forever, whose name is holy: ‘

I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.'”

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

And all the people who work hard and are burdened with a lot of duties, make your way towards me, and I will provide you with leisure from the drudgery of everyday life. 

“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let those who hear say, “Come!” Let those who are thirsty come; and let all who wish take the free gift of the water of life.”

The Spirit and the Bride ask you to go with them, and the one who is able to hear their voice, should go with them, and the one who wishes to quench his thirst should go with them; the person who has a deep longing, should be allowed to imbibe the water of life without having to pay any cost. 

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is true worship.”

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Do not just blindly march to the beat of the drums of this world, but allow yourself to undergo changes by the modernization of your thoughts so that by close examination, you may be able to perceive the desires of the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, and you may be able to figure out what is morally correct, justifiable, and ideal. 

“Come now, let us reason together,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”

And the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, says that, at the present moment, we should make our way and join them in reasoning; and even though our acts of wickedness are vermilion in color, they shall turn as white as snowflakes; and even though they are reddish crimson in color, they shall transform themselves into wool. 

“All whom the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.”

And all the things that the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, furnishes me with will eventually find its way to me, and all the people who stay by my side, I will never turn my back on them.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

And the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, was fond of the world to such an extent that he sacrificed his one and only Son, Lord Jesus Christ, and all the people who put their faith in him, shall not lose their life, but continue to live till hell freezes over. 

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

And the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, manifest his affection towards us even when we continue to be transgressors and carry out evil deeds, the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, gave up his life for our sins. 

Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

If you bring yourself close to the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father who is the Supreme Being of all the universe, he will also bring himself closer to you. All the men who have sinned should wash their hands, and all the deceitful people should cleanse their souls. 

“And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, even among the survivors whom the LORD calls.”

And it is most likely to take place, that all the people who pray in the name of the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, shall be redeemed. And this is because of the fact that in Jerusalem and in Mount Zion, there shall be the ones who try to run away, and amidst the people who have survived, there shall be some of them who would be summoned by the holy Lord, as has been stated by the  Supreme Being of all the universe. 

“Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.”

And all the people who desire to quench their thirst are welcome to make their way to the waters; and the people who are poor and possess no riches are welcome to purchase and eat; everyone, irrespective of their wealth, is welcome to purchase milk and wine without having to pay any cost. 

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

And on that account, each and every person residing on earth has committed sins and therefore. As a result, they are deprived of the blessings of the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe. 

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

And I am very certain that the person who planted good intentions in your heart and started a good work inside you will try to fulfill it on the day of the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ. 

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

And the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, declared to him that he is the life, the path, and the truth. No man can reach up to the almighty Heavenly Father, the universe’s Supreme Being, without passing through Christ. 

For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

And on that account, all the people who chant the name of the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, at all times, will be rescued. 

“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

The good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, stays close to the ones who are heartbroken and anguished, and he helps the ones whose spirits have been shattered and devastated.

“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.”

And on that account, the Descendant of Man, a human soul, came in search of the lost and with a desire to help him find his way. 

Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

And Peter told them that each and every one of them should feel remorse and undergo baptism in the name of the holy Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, to receive forgiveness for all their transgressions, and by doing so they would be blessed with the boon of the Divine Spirit. 

“I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

I have not made my way here to summon the innocent and morally right, but I am searching for those who have done wicked acts to make them feel remorse. 

“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

And not a single man can make his way to me, unless the almighty Heavenly Father, who has sent me, grants him the permission. And I will wake up his soul on the final day. 

“He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.”

“The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world.“

If we declare that we are free of all transgressions, we fool none but ourselves and do not possess any honesty within our souls. If we can own up to all the wrongdoings that we have carried out, the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, is loyal and fair enough to show us forgiveness for our sins and to purify us from all sorts of evil and immorality. 

“For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.”

And on that account, some people have made their way inside stealthily and without being noticed by anyone, the same people who had been chosen to be condemned a long time back, disgraceful and unholy people, who corrupt the honor of our holy God, the almighty Heavenly Father, into eroticism, and refuse to obey our only Saviour and Lord, the Son of God, Jesus Christ. 

And on that account, if any person is one with the holy Son of God, Jesus Christ, he is a newborn creation. The aged and senile has made his exit; pay close attention, the newly born has arrived. 

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

I have been put to death along with the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ. It is not me who lives in my body anymore, but it is Christ who resides in it. And the life that I am currently leading in the flesh, I survive by putting all my trust in the Descendant of the holy Lord, who was affectionate towards me and sacrificed his life for my sake. 

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”

And on that account, as such a huge spectacle of witnesses engulfs us, we should also put aside every burden and transgression which holds on to us so firmly, and we should take part in the race with patience, the race in front of us. 

“For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

And on that account, this is what the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe desires, that all the people who look up to the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, and put their faith in him, should continue to live on earth till hell freezes over, and I will bring him back to life on the final day. 

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God – this is true worship.”

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.

And on that account, I make a humble plea to you, my beloved companions, by the grace and blessings of the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, that you should put forward your souls as a living sacrifice which is sacred and gratifying to the holy Lord, as a depiction of your spiritual devotion to him. 

“And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”

And some of you were like that. But you were cleansed, purified, and redeemed in the name of the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, and by the Spirit of the almighty Heavenly Father. 

“In him was life, and that life was the light of all people.”

And the Lord disguised himself as a human with blood in his veins and wandered on earth amidst mankind, and we have witnessed his grace, the grace of the one and only Son of the almighty Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus Christ, filled with glory and honesty. 

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

And the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, proclaimed that he is quite aware of the objectives he has set aside for you, plans for well-being and prosperity and not wickedness, to provide you with a destiny and a dream. 

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”

And the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, declared to his disciples that all those wishing to accompany him should leave their impure souls behind, lay hold of their cross, and follow the path Jesus shows them.
