47+ Bible Verses for Confusion: Gaining Clarity

“Why should you be beaten anymore? Why do you persist in rebellion? Your whole head is injured, your whole heart afflicted.”

This verse speaks to a state of moral confusion and rebellion leading to distress.

“The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways, but the folly of fools is deception.”

While not explicitly mentioning a confused mind, this verse addresses the importance of careful consideration to avoid foolishness and self-deception.

“Therefore I said, ‘Turn away from me; let me weep bitterly. Do not try to console me over the destruction of my people.'”

In this verse, the speaker expresses deep sorrow and a sense of confusion in the face of the destruction of their people.

“…attend to me and answer me; I am restless in my complaint and I moan.”

This verse reflects a sense of restlessness and inner turmoil, which can be associated with a confused or troubled mind.

“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace – as in all the congregations of the Lord’s people.”

And on that account, the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, is not the Lord of disorder and uncertainty. Still, he is the holy Lord of peace and harmony. He resides in all the places of worship of the saints. 

“And for this purpose I was appointed a herald and an apostle – I am telling the truth, I am not lying – and a true and faithful teacher of the Gentiles.”

And on that account, you should think about what I tell you because the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, will furnish you with knowledge and perception ok all things. 

“Now Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that he was gaining and baptizing more disciples than John.”

And on that account, my dear companions, you should not put your faith in each and every Spirit. Still, it would be best if you closely examined the spirits to make sure that the almighty Heavenly Father has sent them, the Supreme Being of all the universe himself, and this is because of the fact that several fake fortune-tellers are roaming around in the world. 

“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”

And on that account, you should be serious, sensible, composed and cautious. Your rival, the demon, moves around stealthily like that of a lion that roars, looking for someone to be their meal. 

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.”

“Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me – put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”

And on that account, my beloved companions, everything that has honesty in it, everything that is righteous, everything that is fair, everything that is divine, everything that is delightful, everything that is remarkable, if there exists merit in anything or if there is anything praiseworthy, have these things in mind at all times. 

“If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.”

“All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God.”

“You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.”

“The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock – the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.”

On that account, all this grace and goodness will be showered upon your soul, and they will engulf you completely if you comply with the words of the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe.

“Taw. May my cry come before you, LORD; give me understanding according to your word.”

And on that account, allow me to shed tears when I arrive in front of you, O almighty Heavenly Father of all the nations, the Supreme Being of all the universe; provide me with the intelligence to comprehend all the things that you say and help me so that I may act by your words. 

“Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law and obey it with all my heart.”

And on that account, O holy Lord, the almighty Heavenly Father, who is the Supreme Being of all the universe, provide me with the intelligence to comprehend all the things that you say, so that I can carry out your rules and regulations and abide by them with all of my soul. 

“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.”

And on that account, during the time that the Spirit of honesty makes his way here, he will lead your soul into all kinds of honest paths, and this is because of the fact that he will not raise his voice on the people who are more powerful than him. Still, he will say all the things that he perceives with his ears and announce all the things that will take place in the future. 

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”

And all you need to do is request for the things that you want, and eventually, it will be provided to you; and if you look for it with all your heart, eventually it will come to you; and all you have to do is pound on the door, and it will be unlocked for you. 

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”

The Son of the almighty God, Lord Jesus Christ, was just like this in the past as he is on this current day and will be like this until hell freezes over. 

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

And on that account, all the people who bid his time for the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, shall have their power replenished; like eagles, they shall rise up to a great height with wings; they shall move in a hurry, and still they will never get tired; they shall travel on foot and yet not feel dizzy and week in the knees. 

“Already you have all you want! Already you have become rich! You have begun to reign – and that without us! How I wish that you really had begun to reign so that we also might reign with you!”

And on that account, we are tormented and subjected to oppression in many manners, but still they have not been able to crush our spirits; we have been through confusion, yet we have not been driven to hopelessness. 

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

Put all your faith in the holy Lord, the almighty Heavenly Father, trust him from the core of your heart, and do not be too inclined on your personal opinions and perceptions. Go along with him and appreciate the Supreme Being of all the universe in everything you do, and you will observe that he will straighten all your roads. 

“The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it.?”

And on that account, the heart is the most lying thing compared to all things existing in the world, and it is hopelessly miserable; who can comprehend these? 

“I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes.”

And on that account, I am under your service; offer me with the intelligence to comprehend things so that I can become aware of your testaments. 

“Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”

And on that account, if any person does not take care of his acquaintances, his family members to be more specific, he has refused to put his trust in the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe. He has turned into a man who is eviler than a heathen. 

“If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.”

“All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God.”

“You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.”

“The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock – the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.”

“Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.”

“You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.”

And on that account, if you maintain loyalty when you act in compliance with the teachings of the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father, and if you are cautious when you carry out all his commandments that I order to do you on this day, the holy Lord, the Supreme Being of all the universe, will raise you to an immense height, on top of all the states of the earth. 

“Evildoers do not understand what is right, but those who seek the LORD understand it fully.”

On that account, wicked and immoral people cannot keep up with morals and ethics, but all the men searching for the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, completely understand it. 

“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”

And on that account, the Helper, the Divine Spirit, whom the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, has addressed in the name of mine, he will give you knowledge about each and everything, and he will help you remember about all the things that I have talked to you about. 

“Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.”

The almighty Heavenly Father has suggested each and every sacred text, the Supreme Being of all the universe, and is beneficial to those who are being educated about it, beneficial for designing punishments, for exercising discipline, and for providing guidance regarding integrity and moral values so that every descendant of the holy Lord is accomplished and proficient, qualified for every meritorious task. 

“In you, LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame.”

It is in you, my almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, where I find my shelter and protection; do not ever allow me to be subjected to disgrace and humiliation again. 

“If you love me, keep my commands.”

And on that account, if you feel affectionate towards me, you will carry out my commandments. 

“Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.”

And on that account, my dear companion, you should not take revenge on anyone for yourself ever, but let the rage of the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all universe, take care of it because it has been penned down that revenge solely belongs to the holy Lord, and it his he who will pay him back. 

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

And on that account, I have talked about these things to you, that you have found your composure and serenity in me. And you will come across a lot of hardships and ordeals on this earth, but you should not lose hope and faith, for I have conquered this universe. 

“I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward everyone according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.”

It is I, the almighty Heavenly Father of all the nations, the Supreme Being of all the universe, who looks through one’s soul and examines one’s thoughts to furnish each and every man with what he deserves, based on the paths he chooses, based on the outcomes of his actions. 

“Like a muddied spring or a polluted well are the righteous who give way to the wicked.”

A moral and virtuous person who can be conquered by evil and immorality is very similar to a soiled and muddy spring or a dirty and contaminated fountain. 

“They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not know what they are talking about or what they so confidently affirm.”

And on that account, the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, did not furnish us with a spirit to be afraid and in fear at all times, but the purpose of the Spirit is to provide us strength and help us feel affection and self-restraint. 

“All the makers of idols will be put to shame and disgraced; they will go off into disgrace together.”

And on that account, each and every one of them is subjected to disgrace and humiliation, and they are proven to be wrong; the creator of figurines and icons make their way through chaos and disorganization amongst themselves. 

“For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.”

And on that account, at the places that bitter and self-centered aspirations live, it is in such places that disarray and confusion exist, and every foul affair is carried out. 

“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”

And on that account, you have been projecting all your anxiousness and distress on him, for you know that he is concerned about you. 

“If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.”

“All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God.”

“You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.”

“The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock – the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.”

“Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.”

“You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.”

On that account, you shall feel fortunate to be in this town and flourish in the field. And, the yield of the womb is very sacred, and so is the yield of your soil and the yield of your livestock, the multiplication in the number of your cattle, and the enlargement of the progeny of your herd. And your vessel and your blending container shall be hallowed. 

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.”

And on that account, all the things that you have come to know about me, and the things that you have been told about me, and the things that you have discovered in me, and the things that I have furnished you with – you should carry out these things and the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, who is the Lord of serenity, will always be by your side.
