Bible verses about community – A community is a cluster of people who live together in the same place, reside under the rule of the same administration, and frequently have a common lifestyle with a common culture and common traditions.

People in a community often share similar ideas, thoughts, and interests. In simpler words, a community is a unified group of like-minded people.

What Does the Bible Say About Community?

Hebrews 10:24-25 – And we should take them into consideration how we can fan the flames of love and goodness into each other, not turning our backs on one another or failing to have a get-together, as some people get in the habit of it, rather, you should provide motivation to one another, and inspire others on a greater extent when you observe that the Day is knocking at your door. 

Galatians 6:2 – Carry the responsibilities and tribulations of one another on your shoulders, and therefore carry out the rules and regulations of the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ. 

Romans 12:3-13 – And if we are blessed with rewards that vary by the grace that has been provided to us by the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, we should utilize them:

if one is blessed with the gift of fortune-telling, he should use it to add balance to our beliefs; if one is blessed to serve others, he should devote himself in service; if one is blessed with education, he should impart his knowledge. 

Psalm 113:1-3 And on that account, that the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, has ordered to shower his blessings there, and has blessed the place with life and prosperity till hell freezes over.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 – It is always better to be able to carry out tasks as a pair than doing it on your own, for there is a delightful way of paying them back for their hard work.

And on that account, if one of them collapses to the ground, the other will help his companion stand on his feet again. 

Romans 12:9-21 – You should not be indolent in enthusiasm but be passionate at heart. Be in the service of the almighty Heavenly Father, the universe’s Supreme Being.

Be delighted in optimism, be stoic in times of hardships and anguish, be consistent in your devotion to the holy Lord. You should look after the requirements of the saints and try to be kind and hospitable. 

Acts 2:42-47 – And on that account, they committed themselves to the teachings of the twelve disciples and their companionship, to the sharing of their meal and their unity in joining hands in worship.

And glory descended down on every soul, and several acts of miracle and manifestations were carried out through the apostles. 

Romans 12:3-13 – And on that account, by the glory of the holy Lord, the almighty Heavenly Father that I have been provided with, I will say this to each and every one amidst you, that no one should regard himself to be superior to he really is, but he should be under the impression of clear perception, all his judgments should be in accordance with the extent of trust that the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, has allotted. 

Thessalonians 5:14 – And on that account, we impel you, my beloved companions, that you should reprimand the indolent, motivate the weak-willed, provide assistance to the frail and delicate, and be tolerant and understanding towards each and every one of them. 

Matthew 18:20 – And on that account, wherever two or more men have assembled together in my name, you will always find me amidst them. 

Matthew 22:37-40 – In response, he told him that he should be affectionate towards his almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, with all his soul, heart, and mind.

This is the glorious and foremost commandment. And the second commandment is that he should be affectionate towards the people around him as much as he is affectionate about himself.

And each and every Law and all the Prophets are dependent on these two commandments. 

Corinthians 12:25-27 – There should not exist any differences between the people of the community, but each and every associate should have equal regard for one another.

If one associate is going through hardships, all the other associates should undergo the same suffering along with him. If one associate is appreciated and honored, all the other associates should celebrate together in his happiness. 

Matthew 5:13-16 – You happen to be the salt of this earthly soil, but if the salt can no longer retain its flavor, how can one bring back its saltiness? It is useless to anyone anymore, and nothing more can be done but to discard it for people to trample over it with their feet. You happen to be the brightness of the universe.

John 1:7 – And on that account, if we stretch our legs in the brightness of the Day, just like the good God, the almighty Heavenly Father is in the light, we foster a companionship amongst each other, and the blood of the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, purifies us from all the wrong deeds we have carried out. 

Corinthians 1:10 – And on that account, I make a humble plea to you my beloved companions, in the name of the holy Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, that there should be an agreement among each and every one of you, and that there should not exist any differences amidst you, but that you should be one in all your thoughts and perception. 

Romans 12:16 – And on that account, you should strive to live in peace and harmony with the people around you. You should not practice arrogance or vanity but allow yourself to connect with ordinary people and men of low rank.

You should never consider yourself to be sagacious or have a very high opinion of yourself in your own eyes. 

Psalm 113:1-3 – A hymn of Ascents of David states that one should pay close attention to the fact that it is very delightful and pleasing when fellow-men live together in concord and harmony.

It is similar to the priceless oil that is applied on the hair, that rolls down the beard, the beard of Aaron, rolling down the neckband of his mantle. It is similar to the dewdrops of Hermon, which roll down on the hills of Zion. 

Colossians 3:13 – You should be tolerant towards each other if anyone among you has any objection against your fellow men, you should practice forgiveness and pardon one another; and this is because of the fact that the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe has shown your forgiveness, and therefore you must treat others with mercy and forgiveness as well. 

James 5:16 – And on that account, you should own up about your wrongdoings to one another and ask the holy Lord for the well-being of each other, so that you may have good health.

When an honest and moral person joins his hands in devotion, his prayers are very powerful as they seem to be carried out very efficiently. 

Proverbs 17:17 – A companion will always treat you with affection, but a sibling takes birth to inflict hardships and misfortune upon you. 

Peter 3:8 – And on that account, at the end of the Day, each and every one of you possesses unity of thought, compassion, platonic affection, a tender-hearted soul, and a modest mind. 

John 15:12-13 – And on that account, this is what I have commanded, that you will be affectionate towards each other as much as I have shown my affection to you.

There is no love that is greater than this, where one can put his life at stake for his comrades. 

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 – However it is a misery to the one who is all by himself when he falls and has no one by his side to pick him up. Again, if two people are involved in the same lie, they can provide warmth to each other, but how can a man surpass the cold all by himself?

And even though one can defeat his unaided opponent, it will not be easy for him to defeat two of them – a threefold cable is hard to break.

Matthew 5:13-16 – A town that is situated on a mountain cannot be kept out of anyone’s sight. Nor do people ignite a candle and hide it beneath a vessel, but they place it on a high platform so that every member of the abode can feel its light.

Similarly, it would be best if you also let your radiance glimmer before other people so that those people know about your good deeds and praise you to the almighty Heavenly Father, who resides in paradise.

Romans 12:3-13 – And on that account, we have several associates in one community, and each associate is assigned with different responsibility, and hence, even though we are multiple in number, we are a single unit in the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, and associates of each other discretely. 

Acts 2:42-47 – And all the people who put their faith in them remained united and shared similar views and thoughts.

And they were putting all their assets and belongings on sale and handing out the profits to each and every man present there, especially to the ones who were needy.

And with each passing day, by paying a visit to the temple together and by breaking bread in their houses, they were furnished with their meal pleasantly and generously.

Romans 12:9-21 – And you should have sincere affections for your fellow men. You should detest wickedness and malice and continue believing in righteousness and morals. You should show platonic love towards others. You should outshine the others in the display of glory.  

John 4:11 – And on that account, my beloved companions, if the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, cares for us so much, we should also be affectionate towards one another. 

Romans 15:7 – And on that account, you should be hospitable to one another in the same way in which the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ, has been hospitable to you. And it would be best if you did it for the grace of the almighty Heavenly Father, the universe’s Supreme Being.
