Meat is the flesh of animals that is suitable for consumption, and it has been an important form of food in the human diet for thousands of years as it provides an immense source of energy.
However, the consumption of meat is not a compulsion, as many choose to live on fruits, vegetables, and other vegetarian dishes. Here are a few bible verses to explain the psychology behind eating meat.

“Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.”
And on that account, all living things that are in motion shall become a meal for you. And as I have furnished you with the greenery and vegetation all around, I have provided you with all the things that you desire and need.

And for the man who is delicate and fragile in his beliefs, you should treat him with acceptance but not raise a conflict with him over a different point of view. One person thinks that he can consume everything, whereas the fragile person lives solely on vegetables.

And therefore, the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, exclaimed that we should pay close attention, for he has provided us with all the greenery around, giving rise to new plants that have grown all over the surface of the planet earth, and he has also made sure that there are fruits on every branch so that we are able to consume them as food.
Mark 7:19

However, the person who has a habit of eating should not loathe the person who practices abstinence, and the one who practices abstinence should not look down upon the one who loves to eat because the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, has gladly embraced everyone.

However, each and every individual should be completely certain about their beliefs in their own heads.

Acts 15:29
“You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.”
And therefore you should keep yourself away from the things that have been offered to godly figures as a sacrifice, and from blood, and from the consumption of something that has been choked to death, and from things that are sexually dishonest. And if you are able to hold yourself back from these things, you will flourish and become successful in life. With this, I bid you goodbye.

They have chosen their own ways, and they delight in their abominations.”
And therefore, the people who butcher a bullock are no different from those who murder humans; those who offer the lamb as a sacrifice to the almighty Heavenly Father, the Supreme Being of all the universe, are similar to the ones who fracture the neck of a dog; the one who puts forward the sacrifice of a grain, is no less than the one who puts forward the blood of swine as an offering; the person who proposes a memorial sacrifice of frankincense, bears a resemblance to a person who puts his faith on a mere godly figurine.
